Hammond Construct is the construction arm of Hammond Homes, delivering housebuilding and wider construction projects across Lincolnshire and the Humber.

Our Managing Director brings over 35 years’ experience in commercial management, planning and project management, spanning hospitals, care homes, industrial units and estates, apartment blocks and hundreds of homes.

Efficient Project Delivery

We have developed a design, off and on-site management team and supply chain that enables us to deliver any project on time and within budgets

Whether on a full design and build turnkey, joint venture partnership or straight forward contracting basis.

Our most recent project was a turnkey delivery of 18 houses in Immingham for a local housing association with a value of £2.6m and we have the capability to consider all opportunities up to a value of £5m.
