About Us

A Family Business With Family Values

We’re a proud family business with family values.

We build family homes that create and enhance communities.

Established in 2017, we have constructed 70 dwellings at eight delightful developments in a range of beautiful locations throughout the Humber region.

Guided by the strategic vision of Managing Director Nick Hammond and his wife Debbie, our family-run business aims to design and deliver 50 homes a year by 2025.

Bespoke Designs Inspired by You

No two Hammond homes are ever the same. Neither are our developments.

Every hand-crafted home is personalised and inspired by you.

Enhance your new home with fitted bedroom furniture, a bespoke bathroom or a designer kitchen tailored to your lifestyle.

Browse our exclusive interior design brochures and choose the features which matter most to you. Handy storage ideas, innovative appliances, mood lighting & more.

Be inspired and work together with us to shape a brighter future.

Innovation, Excellence & Support

Driving Up Home Building Standards

We are delighted to be an active member of the Home Builders Federation and all our new-build properties 100% comply with the marketing, selling and purchasing requirements set out in the Consumer Code for New Homes.

We’re Considerate Constructors

We are proud members of The Considerate Constructors Scheme, a non-profit-making organisation, and abide by its Code of Considerate Practice, designed to encourage best practice beyond statutory requirements.

Proudly Supporting Those Who Serve

We are pleased to support veterans through our ongoing work with Hull4Heroes, a local charity which helps with the transition back into civilian life and employment. As a veteran, this cause is very close to the heart of our joint owner Debbie Hammond.
