We procured the land and obtained planning consent whilst working in the background with the housing association client and our design team to design the layout of the site and the internal layout of the houses, bespoke to the housing association’s requirements.

Our specific approach to an agile method of project management has resulted in delivering this full 18-dwelling scheme within 11 months and within budget.
